  • Identity: title, surname, first name, date of birth (for age verification)

  • Administrative and judicial authorities upon lawful request, including the tax administration and the French Indirect Contributions service

5. Transfers of data outside the European Union

Some of our service providers are established or operate infrastructure in the United States (in particular Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta). Where personal data is transferred outside the European Union, we ensure that such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR:

6. Data retention periods
