The wine

Tasting note

Nose: a pale-gold Grand Cru, radiant and refined, unfolding on yellow fruit and a delicate note of nuts, lifted by fresh tension. Palate: languorously round and velvety, revealing an ethereal suppleness carried by extremely fine, creamy bubbles — a tightly orchestrated balance from start to finish. The most gastronomic expression of the CARBON house.
