The wine

Tasting note

Nose: a copper-tinged rose, brimming with fresh red berries, plum and warm spice — ginger and clove edged with a whisper of walnut. Palate: rich red-fruit depth met by a crisp, mouth-watering acidity, autolytic pastry notes lending weight beneath a balanced mousse. Finish: long, spring-fresh, delicately crunchy.
