The wine

Tasting note

Nose: white peach and poached pear, laced with warm spice, toasted brioche and a lift of fresh citrus. Palate: voluptuous and generous — a creamy, persistent mousse carried on a fine bead, the black-grape core lending weight while bright acidity keeps it taut. Finish: rich, rounded, quietly insistent.
